Elsinore High’s 16-game winning streak and its season came to an end Friday in a 4-0 home loss to Ganesha in the CIF-SS Division 2 baseball playoffs.
The Tigers managed only 3 hits in the game. Andrew Jimenez, Ivan Huerta and Tyler Horton had 1 hit each. Ganesha (24-3-1) scored 1 run in the 1st inning and 3 in the 5th en route to the victory.
Bryson Boyd pitched the first 5 innings for Elsinore, giving up 4 runs on 7 hits. The Tigers finished their season with a 22-4 record.

The Titans fell behind 5-0 in the 2nd inning and their season ended with an 18-13 record. Tyler McClaren (2 for 3) was the only Titan batter with more than 1 hit.
