Content from the Lake Elsinore Unified School District:
The Special Governing Board Workshop in March focused on the district’s ongoing Portrait of a Graduate work.
The workshop was led by the LEUSD team, with a presentation from Dr. Sarah Ragusa, Assistant Superintendent of Instructional Support Services, and Dr. Ron Pirayoff, Director III of Secondary Curriculum & Instruction. The update highlighted progress to date and outlined next steps in developing an LEUSD Portrait of a Graduate.
District partners from WestEd also provided an update and shared emerging themes from the Portrait of a Graduate survey, reflecting early input from students, staff, families, and community members.
The Portrait of a Graduate will serve as LEUSD’s shared vision for student success and help guide how the district prepares students for life beyond graduation.
LEUSD continues to invite input from students, families, staff, and community members as part of this work. The survey takes about 5 minutes and is anonymous.
Every voice matters. Community feedback will help shape a Portrait of a Graduate that reflects LEUSD’s shared values and aspirations for students.
