Real estate professionals can get a firsthand look at Lake Elsinore’s expanding housing, commercial and infrastructure projects by joining the one-day Lake Elsinore Leaders program.
Hosted by the City of Lake Elsinore Economic Development Department, the program takes place July 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Launch Pointe, 32040 Riverside Drive. Participants will meet city leaders, department representatives and community partners while learning about the city’s growth and local investment opportunities.
“This program creates a direct connection between the city and the commercial real estate community,” said Gina Gonzalez, director of economic development and legislative affairs. “We are giving professionals the tools, insights and relationships they need to successfully navigate development in Lake Elsinore and be part of its continued growth.”
The certificate program costs $25 and includes breakfast and lunch, courtesy of sponsors Corner Escrow and Guaranteed Rate The Dahlin Group. Participants will also receive a city certificate of completion, recognition as a Lake Elsinore Leader and a featured listing on LakeElsinoreBusiness.com with a link to their business.
Registration is first-come, first-served at bit.ly/elsinoreleaders and will remain open until capacity is reached. Additional applicants will be put on a waitlist.
